Home Workout #1

Good Morning amazing people! I hope you Saturday is going epic ! Thought for today's blog I would put up a home workout for you. enjoy ! Let me know how you go in the comments below :)


A. Warm Up: 30 sec on 30 sec rest - use this as a warm up so don't have a high intensity here, this is to get the body warm and moving.

  1. High knees

  2. sit ups

  3. wall sit


B. Tabata: 20sec on/10sec off- 8 rounds of each movement before moving onto the next one

  1. Flutter kicks

  2. Plank up and downs

  3. tricep dips

C. For Time:

300 shoulder taps- plank position, ensure to keep the hips square and keep the core tight

200 squats

100 push ups - here you can scale to your knees

50 burpees
